Tomato and Herb Salsa

This is a really quick salsa, you can serve it straight away but I think it improves if left for twenty minutes or so. I love it with Nigella's Quick Chilli or Chicken Fajita, it's so sweet and cooling!

Serves 2

2 Plum tomatoes, de-seeded and chopped
1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
1 Handful fresh basil leaves, torn or chopped chives
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and serve.
