Knitted Pumpkin Free Pattern

If you have knitted the Ghosties that I posted last year ago and you are looking for a new project then you might be interested in this pattern.

I took inspiration from the renowned Jean Greehowe and decided that I could adapt her pattern slightly to make tiny pumpkins.

No Bake Lemon Cheesecake

This cheesecake is a cinch to throw together! The buttery biscuit base is quick and easy to make and the creamy filling is an all in one mixture, no folding or whipping of cream in a separate bowl, just tip the lot into a large mixing bowl and hay presto you're done. No gelatine either so you only need to boil the kettle if you're having a cuppa!

Chinese Pancakes

What is nicer than a delicate warm pancakes stuffed with crispy sweet duck, crunchy cucumber, spring onions, all smothered in sweet hoisin sauce!

This is my all time favourite item on the take out menu, usually when I order take out I order extra pancakes, there can never be enough! Although sometimes I buy the ready to cook duck kit in the supermarket and once again there are never enough pancakes so this way allows me to have a many pancakes as I want, also the homemade ones taste so much better than shop bought!
