Homemade Crunchie Rocks

These little mouthfuls of heaven are very quick and easy to make, they are a combination of broken crunchie bar and cornflakes all covered in a generous layer of milk chocolate. This is the perfect recipe for children to help with as it involves no cooking. You can double or treble the quantity to suit your needs, I made the same weight as the "share bag" available in your local supermarket.

Yield 20-24 pieces

Ingredients
90g Milk chocolate, melted
40g Cornflakes, crushed
40g Crunchie bar, crushed

Method
I prefer to crush the cornflakes with the palm of my hand so that they don't turn into dust. The consistency you're looking for is porridge oats sized pieces.

Crush with a rolling pin or chop the crunchie into similar sized pieces.

Mix everything together until it is all fully coated with the chocolate.

Drop teaspoons of the mix unto a large baking sheet lined with baking paper and leave to set or refrigerate.
